Skip to main content
Your booking page is also a small website for your business. It has your name, photos, services and prices, opening hours, address and contacts, with the booking form in the middle. It lives at your own address, such as https://ana-nails.calgest.com, set by the slug in Settings > Booking.

What the page shows

From top to bottom:
  • Your name, on a band in your colour, with your logo, the page title and the description. A cover photo, if you add one, fills the band and fades into the colour behind the words. The band has a Book button and, when you give them, your phone and Instagram.
  • Services: the types the page offers, with duration and price. Group services are marked Group class.
  • About: your text about the business.
  • Book online: the booking form.
  • Gallery: your photos. Visitors can open each one full size.
  • Opening hours, Find us with a link to Google Maps, and Contact.
  • A small “Bookings by CalGest” link at the bottom.
Sections without content don’t show. On a phone, a Book bar stays at the bottom of the screen until the form comes into view. The page uses your language for customer messages, from Settings > General.

Where the content comes from

  • Prices: open the service in Appointment types on the web and fill in Price in euros, such as 25 or 25,50. A service without a price shows none.
  • Opening hours: the weekly availability groups that are switched on (see Availability). Date-range and specific-date groups don’t appear here. Turn off Show opening hours in the Mini-site tab, or in the mini-site editor in the mobile app, to hide this section.
  • Find us: the address you give on the Mini-site tab. Without one, the page shows the name of the Default Location from the Services tab.

Edit the mini-site

Open Settings > Booking and select the Mini-site tab. Everything you type there is shown as plain text. The text and contacts save with the rest of the booking settings, through the save bar at the bottom. Photos save as soon as they upload, so they need a booking page that has been saved at least once.

Photos

JPEG, PNG and WebP photos work, up to 5 MB each. CalGest scales each one down to at most 2000 pixels on its longest side before uploading it, and removes the hidden data phones store in photos, such as where it was taken. On a computer, iPhone photos in HEIC format may need exporting as JPEG first. The mobile app handles them directly. Photos count toward your plan’s storage.

When the page isn’t available

Visitors see “This page isn’t available” when:
  • the page is switched off in Settings > Booking;
  • the address changed, and they used the old one;
  • the organization’s subscription isn’t active, or the organization is being deleted.

In the mobile app

Open More > Organization Settings > Booking Page and tap Edit mini-site. It has the same text, contact and address fields, and the logo, cover and gallery photos.
