The usage page shows how your organization is using CalGest and what’s included in your current plan. Access it from Settings > Usage.

Plan information

See your current plan and what it includes:
  • Plan name — your current subscription tier (Starter, Team, Base, or Enterprise)
  • Subscription status — active, trialing, or cancelled

Usage metrics

MetricDescription
Team capacityThe larger of your active-user count and active-employee-calendar count. Purchased capacity applies independently to both.
SMS balanceYour remaining SMS credit balance (in EUR)
Max file sizeThe maximum file size for attachments, based on your plan

SMS credits

SMS credits are used to send notifications to your customers. Your balance is shown in EUR and decreases as messages are sent. The cost per message depends on the recipient’s country and carrier.

Topping up SMS balance

Click the Top up button on the usage page to purchase more SMS credits:
  1. Select an amount (e.g., €10, €25, €50, or a custom amount)
  2. Complete the payment via Stripe
  3. Credits are added to your balance immediately
You can also view your SMS transaction history to see all top-ups, deductions, and refunds.
Set up low-balance alerts in Settings > Notifications to get notified when your SMS balance is running low.

AI assistant usage

If your plan includes access to the AI assistant, the usage page shows:
  • Tokens used this month — how many AI tokens you’ve consumed
  • Monthly limit — your plan’s token allowance (if applicable)
  • Limit enforced — whether the assistant stops working when you hit the limit
Enterprise plans have unlimited AI usage. Other plans have a monthly token limit that resets each billing cycle.

Upgrading your plan

If you’ve reached your plan’s limits (team capacity, locations, or file size), you can upgrade or add Team capacity. Linking a user to an employee unlocks their personal agenda and notifications but does not affect billing.
