Usage metrics

Plan limits

Team capacity applies independently to active users and active employee calendars. For example, capacity 4 allows up to four active users and four active employee calendars; it is not a shared pool of four records. The Team plan can add up to 23 extra capacity units from the dashboard. Reducing capacity is blocked while either active-user or active-employee usage is above the requested capacity.

SMS credits

SMS credits are used to send notifications to your customers. Your balance is shown in EUR and decreases as messages are sent. The cost per message depends on the recipient’s country and carrier.

Topping up SMS balance

Click the Top up button on the usage page to purchase more SMS credits:
  1. Select €10, €25, €50, or €100, or enter a custom amount from €5 to €500
  2. Complete the payment via Stripe
  3. Credits are added to your balance immediately
You can also view your SMS transaction history to see all top-ups, deductions, and refunds. Credits included with your plan reset each subscription cycle and are spent first. Purchased credits do not expire. The page shows the two balances separately, along with recent message status, recipient, segments, cost, and the credit ledger.

Automatic refill

Owners can enable automatic refill and choose an amount from €5 to €500. When the total balance falls to 10% of that amount, CalGest charges the saved card and adds the selected credit amount. A successfully purchased pack saves the payment method for future refills.

AI assistant allowance

Assistant usage is limited to 2 million tokens per monthly window on Solo and 10 million on Team. The current Usage page does not display a live AI-token meter.

Upgrading your plan

Owners can switch between Solo and Team and between monthly and yearly billing. CalGest shows the prorated amount due now and the next invoice total before applying a mid-cycle change. Downgrading to Solo requires no more than one active user, one active employee calendar, and one active location. Owners can also open the Stripe billing portal to manage payment details and invoices.
Billing actions, plan changes, credit purchases, and automatic-refill settings are currently available on the web dashboard. The mobile usage screen is read-only.
