The usage page shows how your organization is using CalGest and what’s included in your current plan. Access it from Settings > Usage.

Plan information

See your current plan and what it includes:
  • Plan name — your current subscription tier (Starter, Team, Base, or Enterprise)
  • Subscription status — active, trialing, or cancelled

User seatsHow many team members you’ve used out of your plan’s limit
SMS balanceYour remaining SMS credit balance (in EUR)
Max file sizeThe maximum file size for attachments, based on your plan

SMS credits

SMS credits are used to send notifications to your customers. Your balance is shown in EUR and decreases as messages are sent. The cost per message depends on the recipient’s country and carrier. To add more credits, contact the CalGest team or purchase them through the dashboard (depending on your plan).

Upgrading your plan

If you’ve reached your plan’s limits (user seats, locations, or file size), you can upgrade to a higher tier for more capacity. Contact the CalGest team for plan changes.
