Account settings belong to you, while organization settings belong to the currently selected workspace. On the web dashboard, Settings holds organization settings only. Your personal settings are on the Account page, which you open from the menu under your name.

Personal profile

On the web dashboard, open the menu under your name and select Account, then select Manage profile & security to manage your name, photo, email addresses, password, connected accounts, and active sessions. You can also choose English or Portuguese as your CalGest language. This preference follows your account across the dashboard and mobile app. It doesn’t change what customers receive: their messages use the organization’s Language for customer messages in General settings. The mobile profile screen lets you edit your name and photo, change your password when password sign-in is enabled, and delete your personal account.

Calendar on this device

Two preferences live on the Account page under “Preferences in this browser”. They are saved in the browser you set them in, so they don’t follow your account to other devices or apply to other members.

Switch organizations

Use the organization switcher to move between workspaces you belong to. The web switcher can also start the flow to create another organization; the mobile app switches between existing active organizations only.

Delete your account

You can delete your personal account on the web dashboard, on the Account page, or from the mobile profile screen. Deletion removes the authentication account, signs you out, removes your workspace memberships, and unlinks connected customer profiles. In each organization, your team member entry loses its login: if you take appointments it stays on the team as a calendar, so the business keeps your appointments, and if you don’t it is deactivated. Your AI assistant conversations are not deleted at once: they are deleted after 90 days without activity, or when the organization is deleted.
Account deletion is permanent. While you are the Owner of an organization, you cannot delete your account. Delete that organization first, or ask CalGest support to transfer ownership to another member. Once you have requested the organization’s deletion, you can delete your account.

Delete an organization

Only the organization’s Owner can request deletion. To keep a copy first, export the organization’s data. In Settings > General on the dashboard, or Organization settings in the mobile app, open the danger zone and enter the organization name exactly to confirm. Nothing is deleted at once. For 72 hours the organization keeps working, the Owner and Admins get an email, and the Owner or any Admin can cancel. After that, every member loses access and the organization’s data is permanently deleted.
