Signing in

Sign in with an email verification code, Google, or Apple. The mobile app restores your last organization where possible and synchronizes its data automatically.

Open the app

Launch CalGest on your phone.

Enter your email and the verification code, or continue with Google or Apple.

Select your organization

CalGest selects an available organization automatically. If you belong to more than one, switch workspace from Settings.
Create an organization and start or reactivate a subscription on the web dashboard before using the mobile app.
The app has five main tabs at the bottom: Tap the search icon to find appointments, customers, or employees. Search begins after three characters and keeps encrypted, account-and-organization-scoped recent customer and employee searches on the device until you clear them.

Working with the schedule

  • Swipe horizontally to move between days; use the week strip or month picker to jump to a date.
  • Pinch the timeline to change its scale.
  • Long-press and drag an empty time range to begin a new appointment, or tap +.
  • Tap an appointment, then drag or resize it when your permissions allow.
  • Tap overlapping appointments to choose the one you want to open.
  • Open a non-recurring appointment to edit or reschedule it, cancel it, mark or undo a no-show, delete it, or ask the Assistant about it.
New appointments can include an appointment type and duration, an existing or inline-created customer, multiple employees, a location, notes, and custom fields. Conflict and employee work-hour rules can warn or block the save according to organization settings.

Current mobile boundaries

Use the web dashboard for:
  • Creating recurrence rules or editing recurring occurrences
  • Month, week, team, and agenda event layouts
  • Appointment attachments and calendar import
  • Appointment-series management, appointment-type and aftercare setup, location management, employee work schedules, and Insights
  • Plan changes, capacity changes, credit purchases, and automatic-refill setup
The mobile app does not provide a persistent offline schedule; a network connection is required for reliable, current data.
