The Beauty, Makeup artist, Tattoo and Personal training packs also seed one series template each, and applying a pack again never adds it twice.
The beauty pack has a Formula field that shows only on Hair colour appointments, for the colour mix used, and a Base level customer field.
Makeup artist pack
The makeup artist pack adds six services: day makeup, event makeup, bridal trial, bridal makeup, bridesmaid or guest, and a self-makeup lesson. Durations run from 45 to 90 minutes. On the customer it adds allergies, skin type, foundation shade, preferred style, and contact lenses and lashes. Allergies is pinned, so it shows in Before you start on the customer page. On each appointment it adds look or reference, products used, client feedback and next visit. The customer page shows the Next visit value of the latest completed appointment where the field applies as Suggested next visit.Apply or reapply a pack
Choose a pack and select Apply. Import runs in the background, so the seeded records can take a moment to appear. Packs are safe to reapply: CalGest skips appointment types and fields that already exist instead of overwriting your edits. You can review and customize everything after import from Appointment Types and Custom Fields.Starter packs add examples; they do not remove records from another pack or replace your existing configuration.
