How reminders work
When an appointment is created or confirmed, CalGest schedules reminder notifications based on the timing offsets you’ve configured. For example, if you set up a 24-hour and 1-hour reminder, the customer receives two messages before their appointment.Configuring reminder timing
Go to Settings > Notifications and find the Appointment reminder section. You can add multiple reminder offsets:| Example offset | When the reminder is sent |

| 24 hours | One day before the appointment |
| 2 hours | Two hours before the appointment |
| 1 hour | One hour before the appointment |
When reminders are cancelled
Reminders are automatically cancelled when:- The appointment is cancelled
- The appointment is rescheduled (new reminders are created for the new time)
