# Mobile app

> Manage your schedule on the go with the CalGest mobile app.

The CalGest mobile app gives you full access to your schedule, customers, and team from your phone. Available for iOS and Android.

## Key features

## Getting the app

## Signing in

Use the same email and password (or SSO) that you use on the web dashboard. The mobile app automatically syncs with your organization's data.

    Launch CalGest on your phone.

    Enter your email address and tap **Continue**. Sign in with your password or SSO provider.

    If you belong to multiple organizations, choose the one you want to access.

## Navigating the app

The app has four main tabs at the bottom:

| Tab           | What it shows                               |
| ------------- | ------------------------------------------- |
| **Schedule**  | Your calendar with appointments             |
| **Customers** | Customer list and search                    |
| **Team**      | Your team members and their schedules       |
| **Settings**  | App preferences, notifications, and account |

Tap the search icon to quickly find appointments, customers, or employees by name.
